Prospezioni geofisiche su vaste area rurale
Prospezioni geofisiche sono state effettuate in due aree rurali.
La più interessante dal punto di vista archeologico contiene chiare tracce di una grossa villa d’epoca romana (anomalie di colore rosso), che si estende oltre il limite ovest dell’area. Nel limite est è visibile una anomalia lineare – un fossato. Altre tracce corrispondono ai fossati della centuriazione.
I punti di colore blu sono risultati oggetti in ferro d’epoca recente o parti di macchine agricole.
Le anomalie in arancione sono di origine geologica.
Strumenti utilizzati: Bartington dual Grad 601 e Geoscan Research FM36.
Future gas deposit
Geophysical survey was conducted in two rural areas.
The most interesting, from an archaeological point of view, contains clear traces of a Roman villa (anomalies in red), which extends beyond the western limit of the surveyed area. The eastern limit of the complex is defined by a linear anomaly – a ditch. Other traces correspond to the ditches of the centuriated field-system.
The blue dots represent small ferrous objects or parts of farm machinery, visible as small bipolar anomalies in the survey. The orange anomalies are of geological origin.
